Nottinghamshire Community Energy launched in 2015. NCE’s first renewable asset is the Langar Lane solar array, a community-owned 5MW solar farm in Colston Bassett, Nottinghamshire.

It powers 1150 homes with clean green energy and provides a valuable income that can be reinvested in local projects through the project’s community benefit fund.

NEP’s Miranda and Phil are active members of the NCE board.
