£100 million to insulate the UK’s coldest homes

£100 million to insulate the UK’s coldest homes

Following an abrupt finish to the Government's Green Deal Home Improvement Fund back in July
- it is due to restart again towards the end of November with an injection of £100 million.

This fund subsidises the roll out of solid wall insulation for old homes made of solid brick or concrete.

NEP managed to secure 50 £6,000 cashback vouchers for it's customers last time; this time the cashback amount per household is likely to drop to a maximum of £4,000 per household.

Once DECC announce that the vouchers are available, NEP will work quickly to encourage
customers who missed out last time to secure their vouchers online - a schedule of works will then be organised with NEP's accredited Green Deal installers.
