Nottingham Energy Partnership’s (NEP’s) FREE* loft and cavity wall insulation Winter Special has come at the right time with energy bills having increased by an average of £200 this year.
NEP is a charity committed to providing the best deal for residents in Nottinghamshire and helping them to save energy and money on their fuel bills. That is why for a limited period only FREE* loft and cavity wall insulation is available for all homeowners, private landlords and private tenants until March 31st 2012.
Nottingham Warm Zone and Broxtowe Warm Zone the Local Authority’s flagship home insulation schemes and the Greater Nottingham Healthy Housing, a NHS backed scheme are all taking applications for the Winter Special.
Savings of up to £300 can be made off a yearly heating bill by making sure your home has adequate insulation installed, regardless of age or benefits.
Miranda Cumberbatch, Warm Zone’s Affordable Warmth Manager, encourages households to sign up ‘Those households that are not already insulated sign up and reap the financial, health, social and environmental benefits of a warmer home. The cost of insulation is set to rise up to £400 in 2012 as funding for energy efficiency grants is scheduled to be cut, so act now.’
